Cant extend arm fully?

I worked out first time in a while, and didnt stretch before or after workout. I also worked out my arms two days in a row and now my left arm cant fully extend past 120 degrees. I can extend it but then itll be like ripping my muscle. Its been a week. Should i just let it rest in a 120 degree position, or should i extend it fully and let it rest in a straighter position because im afraid my muscle will regrow in a 120 degree position and itll be stuck like that forever. Ive also been using my ipad everyday this week so my arms were always in ths 120
