I want to use this picture as my Facebook profile picture but I'm worried it looks too fake I guess,
I took a picture on my iPad then added an Instagram filter to it and that's all

Ipad tracing even though it's reset?

So I found an iPad at a table on a park. I sat at the table and waited like an hour for someone to come by.No one did, so I have it now. I reset it.can it still be traced in anyway? Like if i want to hook it up to my iTunes account

Ipad 3 has no siri when I updated it?

I recently found an pad 3 on a plane and decided to return it but they wouldn't except it for some reason because it would of been to late so I reset the ipad and it now its running one iOS 6.1.3 and I knew ipad 3 had siri but couldn't find it when I went to setting>usage and it had no siri icon under the usage or anywhere in the setting so I'm wondering did the update take siri away?

Cost is a factor:
My phone is too slow.
Number and quality of games are also a factor.
What do you recommend?

If I got a tablet, it would be a google nexus 7 or an iPad mini
