I want to keep my apps updated but I have the app store restricted?

I have a school issued iPad and they have restricted access to the app store. I have automatic updates on but nothing ever updates. Is there anything I can do to make them update even though the app store is restricted.

I am using iOS 7.1

What are some stimulating maths games for stage 1 students?

I am looking for games involving cards, dice, computer games, iPad or apps, board games, pretty much any math game for young students.
They need to target early stage 1 to stage 1 students so kindergarten to year 1 and also have easily changeable rules to suit the different competencies in the classroom.

Can you recover deleted items on ipad?

I was wondering is it at all possible to recover and view deleted information/files on an iPad 3 running on iOS 7. For example deleted pictures or browsing history, apps etc. And if you can how?

IPad keeps on rebooting?

My IPad keeps on rebooting all the time? It's an IPad Mini 1st gen which I got in April 2013. It's been happening only very occasionly now all the time after updating to IOS 7.1

Is it safe to buy a refurbished Ipad from Walmart?
One of my family members said buying refurbished products from the Apple Store is perfectly fine. What about buying a refurbished apple product from Walmart?

How does this scam work?

Received a phone call yesterday. Sounded like it came from an Indian call centre and said my computer had faults and needed to receive a download now. Told him I did not have any computer problems and asked him how I got my number. He said from the phone book [I live in Spain] and told me to switch on my computer. I hung up on him. Another friend had a similar call on their Ipad.

How does this scam work, please?
Added (1). Have put this in riddles as well as in the computer category as I think people should be forewarned of these scams and it would be interesting to know how it could work.
