Is ipad Word app compatible with Microsoft on a computer?

When I export the document to a cloud Dropbox, when received on the computer it's all dark and basically doesn't work. How can I send a document to a computer, edit it, then return for use on ipad? I don't understand how the Microsoft Word app isn't easily compatible with Word on a computer? Do I need to purchase something for it work?

My phones Huawei P9 and Meizu M3e are all made in China but their build quality is similar to my iPad Air?

I used to think any electronics made in China are of poor quality. I changed my mind with I tried some of Chinese built smartphones I'm impressed lol

IPad Mini Front/ Rear camera not working!

I replaced my iPad screen because it was badly cracked and the touchscreen was going crazy. I did it myself and in the process nothing I did had to do with touching anything near the camera. But now my front and rear cameras don't work. On snapchat, it says it's unable to access camera. And when I open the camera app it's a black screen when I switch the camera's on both sides. I can't touch the button to actually take the picture, it doesn't do anything when I press it like not even show the indent of you pressing it. What did I do wrong?
