How to restore an Ipad 6.1.2 without updating?

My little brother put a password on my Ipad and he forgot it. I want to restore it to its factory settings but at the same time, I don't want to update it. Whenever I try to restore it, it always updates too. Can anybody help?

Can the app vine mess up your audio?

So recently, I started making vines first I lost all sound on my iPad and you can't hear anything when I playback what I just recorded even when it's not on vine even it's just a video I made for YouTube. Then I recently noticed when I play back anything I recorded on my iPod you can hear it but you can hear it as if I was whispering which I don't do. You can barley make it what I said. Has this happened to anyone else?

Is it possible to track or remotely access a stolen jailbroken iPad?

Hi, I am 15 years old and about 3 weeks ago my iPad got stolen. I worked 3 summers to get enough money to buy one for myself. I installed Find My iPhone but it doesn't work.My friend says someone called him on skype this morning and yesterday it said someone logged into tapped out (an app).It's jailbroken so i thought it might be somehow possible to SSH into it and at least wipe all my personal stuff.
