How to transfer photos:videos from laptop to iPad without iTunes?

Hi, I really need to transfer my photos and videos from my laptop to my ipad but I have no idea how to do it. I'm no good with these types of things. Neither do I know how to install iTunes. I'm useless haha. Also I thought it would be helpful to know that I have windows 10 installed. I would really appreciate if someone could help. Many thanks.

Added (1). there's no option when i click to sign out, of forgotten password. And i don't know what to do because whenever i forgottent, which is a lot, theirs always that option and now that its not there its thrown me. Please help
