What is the cheapest version of Photoshop that has the polygonal lasso tool?

I want to edit a bunch of images with the polygonal lasso tool found in Photoshop. I don't have Photoshop though, what is the cheapest version available that would provide me with this feature (iPad version included)?

Repurposing an iPad Trolley?

We have an old iPad trolley in our IT office which seems like a waste to get rid of. Anyone have an ideas for repurposing it for use in an IT office within a school?

What happens deleting songs from iTunes imported from cds?

I want to hide what I listen to from my parents. If I import a CD to iTunes then delete it off iTunes after removing my Shuffle from the computer and delete it from recycle bin, is it still possible that the songs can be found on my iTunes or computer? I do notice that CDs I don't mind my parents knowing about don't show up on my iPad without connecting it to my computer with USB cord.
