Will updating to iOS 6 delete my bookmarks?

I still have iOS 4 because iOS 5 had nothing that I want, plus it'll delete my apps and stuff. Will updating my iPad to iOS 6 delete all of my bookmarks, as well as my apps I already have on my iPad?
