I followed the procedure of update and now it says I must connect to iTunes. iTunes is telling me the iPad is in Recovery Mode and wants to return my iPad back to factory defaults. I have things on my iPad I do not want to lose. What can I do to fix this? Will an Apple Store be able to get my files?
HELP! One minute of madness allowing a new update to access my iPad before it got tested by a few techies in the real world.
