Should I get an Apple IPAD 3 32gb or IPAD 4 16 gb?

They have the same price in my area.So I am Thinking about getting one of these bad boy? SO which is WHICH? An Ipad 3 that has more memory? or a MORE ADVANCE Ipad 4 with lesser memory?
