NEED SOMEONE WHO'S GOOD IN LAW I WILL GIVE 5*?

Basically i listed an item on eBay with a brand name, but its not that brand

So it was removed but i wan't to put in the listing title as "(the brand name)-styled ipad cases"

I'm 100% sure this is legal but i'd like a second-thought.
