I am looking into getting a new Tab instead of my laptop as I am about to leave college.
I am stuck between the choice of the iPad 4 and Microsoft surface.
I just wanted to know people's opinions on them and which one you think I'd get my money's worth for.
I will mostly use it for Internet browsing, some photo editing and a small amount of college work left till June.
