Every time I try to add a file to library it crashes. A message comes up that says, "iTunes has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution."
I installed all the updates and re-installed it twice, and it still does it. I'm getting very frustrated right now! I'm trying to make a short film and I need these files on my iPad. PLEASE HELP!
