I think I have CTFMONB. What do I do?

I found ctfmon.exe in users, appdata, roaming, windows, startup folder (sorry if the paths aren't completely correct). I looked up ctfmon.exe and it said it might be CTFMONB Trojan horse. It is 40kb in size.It is always running in the background. I have since disconnected my computer from the internet(doing this on an iPad). Does this look like a Trojan horse, or am I mistaking it for the legitimate ctfmon.exe?
Added (1). I am running Windows Vista Home Premium
