I'm in Yr10 in Australia and recently I've been falling behind in school. I used to be so smart always getting straight A's but all if a sudden I just dropped to getting B's and C's.last year I was in the top class for everything but this year I've dropped to third for all my classes except English. Whenever there's an assignment due I tend to leave it till last minute and I always end up overworked. I try to do my homework on the day we get it but I usually just end up watching YouTube vids or talking to people on my iPad. The worst thing is that my laziness is starting to affect my fitness because half the time I just lie on my bed doing nothing, I've been getting back pains because of this and I'm trying to get the motivation to get active and to start getting serious about school but its just so hard. I've written the goals I want to achieve but I'm still failing to achieve them or put them into practise.My friends are not the supportive type if you get what I'm saying. And how many hours of sleep should I be getting because I sleep 6-8 hours but I always feel tired at school
Please help me I just don't know what to do anymore
