My mom was supposedly going to buy me both, sadly, something came up and i had to choose from the two :(

Btw, i have a suckie mobile phone right now.and my friends would be just as happy if i have a new mobile so that i can contact them :)

Added (1). To answer ilias's question: with persuasion i guess she might put samsung beside the two choices, for budget; mobile phone 20, 000 pesos is her limit but for the ipad --there is not so much choice. :)
