Hello and thanks for looking and checking my question I am Trina buy an IPad and there is a listing on eBay for an iCloud locked ipad 4 I realize it's like a black listed phone can't be used but is there anyway anybody who can fix it or can it be helped or is it doomed it's still on activation screen thanks need fast answer
