How to delete facebook acount from my ipad?

Everytime, i click delete my facebook account, it will ask you do you want to delete it, i click delete, then it goes back to the screen, i keep on pressing delete but it won't work. See at the picture, i click delete, but it bounce back! How to fix it. I want to delete my old account! Please help!
