It just started today when I went to download an app from the App Store, it doesn't matter what app it is it like freezes and just says "waiting" and it doesn't change. Some times it loads half way but then it stops to say "waiting" again.
Things I tried,
Checked wireless connection it's great.
Resetted my ipad, didn't help.
Un installed and tried to re install didn't help.
Any ideas?
Added (1). Yes I have current IOS7.
Added (2). They also keep saying "Loading" with no inch of progress whatsoever. As if they just froze and stayed frozen.
