Searching for iphone/ipad apps?

Does anyone know there's a app that if you take photo of a plant or a bill (of some country), that it could tell you the info about the plant you just took photo, or which country does the bill(money) come from?

I remember once seen a apple commercial, not really sure if it's iPad or iPhone, don't mention now there are both with several generations of models that I can't even recall which video clips that I saw a woman was in a traditional market, with her iPad/iPhone, and then she took a photo of the vegetables in the stand.

I wonder can anyone help me to find this video out, and also if possible, please provide the name and information about the app I'm looking for.
