I got a brand new Iphone 5s the other day and i'm having trouble connecting it to my iPad 4, ( I'll insert a screenshot of what it says ). The weird thing is, I took it to a apple store today to show them my problem but it worked fine at the store. Once I got home, the message kept appearing.
