Can I grow up at a young age?

I am a 16 year old girl, 17 in october. I'm a highschool student who is doubling up on classes so I can graduate early and get my diploma with honors. My parents honestly do the bare minimum for me. My 3 brothers however, get the world given to them. I will say, my parents pay for my cell phone bill and I am grateful for that. I work a part time job working 6 days a week, and make minimum wage. I bought myself an iPad to take more school classes online while I'm not at school. I walk 2 miles to my bus every morning to get to school. I never ask for anything from my parents.ever. No clothes, money, food. I buy it all myself. I haven't eaten a meal in my house since I can remember because I eat a meal at my job and really don't like being around a family who isn't supportive of me. I want to buy myself a car, and car insurance but I know my parents would never sign forme. Is there a way I could do this? And could I legally live out of my car if I were able to buy a car? I don't understand why my parents are like that towards me… I even pay for my dance lessons which is 4 classes a week. I am looking into applying for a second job as well. I know people say don't grow up and stay as young as you are right now, but can I go ahead and grow up? Legally? I feel I would find the old happiness I used to have as a little kid. Thank you in advanced for your answers!
