My iPad is missing

iTunes
Camera
Siri
And the option to screen shot
I've looked in the restrictions area and all those apps are turned off but they need to be turned on but I can't turn them on because they are greyed out and can't be turned on
Please help me get those apps back I need them for school
Added (1). i also have iOS 8.0.2 I think
