I have a friend kira, Kira has 3 other siblings. They are all fine, but the youngest is who I am worried about. His name is Kelton, He is 6 yrs. Old. And I don't think Kira's mom and dad are rasing him right. Why?
1: He is six yrs. Old and is still in diapers
2: He talks like a 2 yr. Old and whines for almost everything
3: he is super fat, not just a litte, his fingers are even fat.
4: he can hardly walk, he is walked around in a stroller
5: He spends most of his time on his IPad [ s] watching who-knows what.
Am I overreacting? Or are they not raising him right?
