Clash of Clans Keeps asking me if I want to load another one of my bases?!

I just recently got an iPad Mini 3, and I found out that I was unable to link accounts from that device to my iPod 4g (my main device) because my main account was purchased on a different apple account. I do recognize that I am unable to link devices, but ever since, I downloaded clash of clans on my iPad Mini 3, every time I would start playing clash of clans on my iPod 4g (my main device) a box would pop up asking If i would like to load my base from My iPad mini 3. ( both my iPod 4g and my iPad mini 3 are logged in under the same apple account, and I also deleted clash of clans as swell as its game center data from my iPad mini 3. Sorry that was so long, but I need help!
