I have got a iPhone, iPad and have been locked out of these by hackers and losing my spouse who had the information.
I have contacted Apple and they say they can't do anything. I have tried to log into the account and it has locked. The email address associated with it has been hacked too and I'm lost and need to know how to remove the iCloud account from both iPhone and iPad without the password or jailbreak?
