What good is it to give police serial numbers of stolen eletronics?

Both my ipad and kindle were stolen on Thursday. When I filed a police report, they asked for the serial numbers.To my knowledge, neither Apple or Amazon lets you track a kindle or ipad by seral number, so what good is it to give them?

Mailaman accidently dropped of iPad 3 and iPhone 5 at my house?

So I'm moving today, to Britian and I know for a fact my neighbor ordered a iPad 3 and iPhone 5 that was supposed to come today. And he dropped nothing off at their house, what should I do?

So i have an ipod touch 4 and ipad 2 which i use to message with, the recipient this is happening with has a ipod 4. When i send a message to her it does not come up with either delivered or not delivered, what does this mean and why does it some times pop up with delivered a few minutes after i have sent it even though the sending bar at the top has filled up.

I need to read the children's hour by lillian hellman, and I've been googling this for so long and I'm frustrated.Is there a free copy of the script or play or book online? I've also been through iPad book apps, but no luck. I'm even ok with an e book that I would purchase but I need it and I can't go and get a physical copy, so please help. Also, is you find the movie script of it, that shoul be fine too.

Per day I currently am 15, 5'2 and 120 pounds my grades are mostly a's and bg's but I have a c+ in math it's pretty hard as *** so is 6 hours a day too much or not?

Can I save PDF files on to my iPad?

I have the second gen I think, and I was trying to do some homework on this and I can't find a way to download word files.My teacher said something about saving it as a PDF file but I have no clue how to do it. Just trying to save a word file or as a PDF to type on it. Not much of a tech guy lol.
