How exactly do iPad mini's work with celluar?

Im thinking about buying the new ipads since ipods dont have celluar, iphones are so expensive and the original iPads are too big. Can you call contacts like the iPhone, can you text them with numbers not with a separate app? How does data work? Does downloading apps or using the Internet take up the data? Does using online apps such as Facebook or Instagram add to the data? Does music or movies or watching ideas or music online also add to te data? I'd like detailed answers.

So I've been recently asking my parents, mainly my mom for a dog because my dads fine with getting one. I've been wanting one my whole life, if you read any of my other questions about dogs you'll see what I'm saying, but to shorten it she's just been saying things like I'm not sure, and kind of waving it off making it sound like all hopes gone. Early this morning though I went onto her iPad to just use it, I open up the Internet and she has like 9 windows open on pet finder and other sites all about yellow labradors and some black labs. (I want a lab, and she said she would too if we ever got one.) they were all adult dogs though and I always said that I'd want a puppy because it'd grow up with us and the we can experience it as a puppy, and id liked that since ive never had a dog before. When i hinted id rather get a puppy, i caught her looking up labrador breeders in our area, and pictures of the puppies theyve had in the past, and their contact information page was open (I'm terrible I know, i just tend to always catch her doing things like this LOL) But i dont think its exactly a suprise because later the next day she showed me the breeders she had been looking at, so its not like she was trying to hide it. I was like "Why're you looking at local breeders mom haha" shes like "Cause if we got a dog, i want to know what I'm getting into before-hand, I'm not going to just go and buy a puppy, which is great that shes even looking into it and all.So THEEEEN, sorry its alot. Later the next day, we're out having lunch (me and my mom) and we we're talking about her looking up breeders, and information, etc. And she was like "I just want to make sure I'm not making the wrong decision" I'm like "you just kind of admitted that you wanted to make sure getting a dog a decision you wont regret, so thats like saying you're really looking into getting one." and she stopped for a minute, and laughed and then said "No, im making sure that NOT getting a dog isnt the wrong decision." In my head, I was like what that doesn't really make sense mom LOL Shes terrible at covering things up, but either way she might be serious about that, no matter how… not true it sounded. Anyways, what do you guys think? Do you think shes actually considering getting a dog? or no where near it. Thanks.

How long do I charge my Ipad mini for?

Well I wanted to know how long to charge it for?

Yesterday I got my Ipad and it was on 89 or 93% charged
and I charged it fully to 100% after would that mess up my battery?
Added (1). So basically what I'm asking on the 2nd question is was I supposed to drain the battery to 0% then charge it or what?

I mean when I first got my iPad it was on about 83-93% charged and when I got home about 1-2 hours later I charged it fully to 100% and did not charge it any longer after that. This is why I'm asking will my battery get messed up because I've been looking up and people say let it drop to 0% and then charge it fully but I didn't. This is why I'm a bit paranoid on if I didn't charge it correctly.

Easier term: I charged it as soon as I got home.

Should I buy an iPad or a Laptop? - 2

I set aside some money to buy a laptop which would just be used for leisure/ general internet browsing & fun so wouldn't have to be anything really powerful but the iPad can do all of this aswell probably much more and it's a fun thing to use AND extremely portable.So I'm really crap at making my own decisions and would like a few other peoples opinions before going ahead and buying - all answers much appreciated :)

Well its november and for christmas im getting a ipad with retina display in white!!! im so excited and can't wait any longer!!!
its taking forever, i know you cant make time go faster and school takes forever too :(
Have you got any ideas to make time feel like its going quicker so christmas will come soon well really december its a month away! really i just cant wait for december to begin (my bday too!!)

Can I locate my stolen ipad if it has been reset to factory settings?

I had my i pad stolen two weeks ago.It had the tracking on it but it's either been disabled or the ipad wiped clean. I've made a police report. But if the thing was been restored to factory settings is there anyway i can still track it? I have been doing a lot of research and i guess they need to connect it to itunes to get it working again? Can i still locate it?
