Must I sign up or in instagram for sharing a photo?

I've downloaded app: instapic frame on my ipad. I didnt sign up or in on this app.then I editied a photo and touched "share" and one of the options was instagram, and I touched it.and I didnt know that it will be shared on the web for all the world.so please help me and tell me if I'm not signed in and shared a photoe, will it be send for the web for public ??? please answer me! sooon…
Added (1). I mean… I dont want to share any photoes with pubilc… So in my case does my pic sent or not for the instagram web ?

I own a iPad 2 should I get a mac book?

I currently own a iPad 2 and I've had it since February. For Christmas and my birthday (in February) I'm getting money from everyone and I dont know what to get.So I was wondering if some would tell me is it worth me getting a mac book when I have a iPad. I like the iPad it's just there are some sites I like that use flash so I can't go on them on the ipad.So is it worth having both as I wouldn't sell my iPad.
Added (1). When I take pictures either on holiday or when I'm out I want to edit them and share them from my camera and I can't on the iPad plus I like flash sites. I use the iPad for quick browsing and in the car when we're traveling. Now I'm using it as a pc since I don't have one

How to transfer all of the things from my iPod to my iPad?

I am getting a mini iPad for Christmas and I promised my brother that I will give him my iPod touch. How do I move everything from my iPod to my iPad and leaving the iPod touch completely blank. And I don't want my iPod to be connected to my computer either. Thanks for you help!

Well im getting a ipad for christmas and does any of the cameras have flash on it. The front or back, im getting the ipad with retina display.
