If I jailbreak my iPad can I use windows?

My laptop died recently and I don't have the cash to buy another one just yet is there a way to simply run windows and download the programs I used on my computer (such as flash & imvu) on my iPad? I've tried several apps and they all cost an arm and a leg so please if you can give me a quick course of action it would be greatly appreciated

How long do wireless routers last?

I have had this netgear router for about 4 years now and all of a sudden it just stopped working.
before it stopped working it had really good and fast wifi.but for the past few days the wifi just stopped working.my desktop and xbox work because they are still connected with an ethernet to the router.
my laptop can connect to the wifi but it goes extremely slow and eventually disconnects, my ipad can't connect, my android phone can connect but the browser won't work, and my bluray player won't connect at all either.

i tried uninstalling the software and re installing the software again, then updated to the latest firmware off of netgears website, but it still doesn't work, i unplugged everything from the router and let it sit for one night and still nothing.

so do wireless routers just stop working out of no where, i only had it for 4 years.
is there anything else i can try or do i have to buy a new one.

all of the lights on the router are lighting up fine and i know my modem works.

what should i do?

How do i permanently delete all the pictures on my ipad so they are gone and cant be recovered? like they cant be recovered with a disk or anything i already deleted them but i want them to be unrecoverable. Will erasing all data do that? After i erased all the data my app store account was still on there so… what can i do ?

Safari not working on iPad?

Safari doesn't remember any of the settings I put on it, like SafeSearch, preferences, even logging in and out. For example, when I try to log in, I'm sent back to the main page, but I'm not logged in. How do I fix this?

I want an iPad mini and it's $329. I have the $30. But I need the other $300.My mom doesn't want me to babysit and doesn't pay me for grades or cleaning the house, and I don't know how to sew.It's cold where I live and there is no snow so no shoveling or dog walking. I am 13 so I cannot get a job. And my birthday is July. And all my Christmas money went into my savings account in the bank.

Difference between the ipad and ipad 2?

Right so I want a new cover for my new ipad and I don't like to use leather. Most of the other ipad covers are for the ipad 2, 3 and 4 so I was wondering is there a size difference or something? X

How many devices can be connected to our wireless router?

Currently, we have 2 iPhones, 1 another smart phone, a Kindle, a laptop, and an iPad mini connected. Our signal is constantly disconnecting and we have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in.Is it because those are too many devices? Why is it doing that?

Oh and router is from AT&T.
Added (1). We've had it for 3 months already, so it's not old.
