THIS IS URGENT PEOPLE! - snap chat?

Can you access your snap chat from a friends ipod? So here's how it goes, I snap chat on a family ipad and my friend and I wanna snap chat this guy I like at a restaurant. I obvi can't bring the ipad so I was wondering if you know if I can snap chat him using my account on her ipod. Keep in mind she has a snap chat account. If this is possible please explain how. Thanks :) remember, I need an answer like nowww

Everytime I go to follow someone on Instagram, my app just shuts off. Why does it keep doing this?
I've tried; switching off and on my ipad, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, closing the app, uninstalling the app, turning off then on my ipad then reinstalling the app again. And none of this has worked!

Haier IPD-157 ViewHD?

I have the "ipad", and I just got the haier ipd-157 viewHD and I'm trying to hook my ipad to the tv but I can't, I have the ipad in the dock and I have an Hdmi cable plugged in to the dock but it just won't work.

Do I have to pay a duty on an iPad bought in the United States that I will return with?

I am a student from the US studying in Grenada. When traveling through customs at the airport, they have begun charging a 48% duty or tax on iPads that students bring with them. If the iPad is already opened and for personal use, why am I subject to the duty?
