What's the best ipad video player?

I consume a lot of media on my iPad. I'm looking for a video player that supports most of the video codecs / formats and especially something that would amplify the volume for videos.

I'm currently using Azul player. It's okay but it doesn't amplify the volume making it hard to follow dialogues on videos while travelling.

Thanks in advance for your recommendations!

I installed FB app on my iPad and Google Nexus7, But I couldn't find any way to turn the chat offline since the User Interface has been changed a lot and none how-to manual about it featured on some websites doesn't match with that of my devices. Is it impossible to turn it offline by any chance?
