Can you check for an IOS update on the iPad when not connected to wifi?

I'd like to know if there is an update for my iPad but I am not connected to WiFi. When I select check for update it just loads and loads.Is this due to no wifi connection or is it just taking ages to search? Thanks.

I got a comcast modem Hooked up to my laptop and I have a netgear wifi router. I hooked it up and my wifi connects but says its limited and I have no Internet connection. How do make it to where its not limited.

Not getting the download speed I should be getting?

I ran an internet speedtest from my internet providers website, and got the results. The test showed that I should have 34.84 Mbps down and 3.36 Mbps up. Despite these results, when I download a file from the internet, I get a speed of a mere 25 kB/s. Another person in my house ran a speedtest for their Apple iPad and got the speed that I'm supposed to have. Could it be a problem with my computer, or should I contact my provider?

I have a 3G IPad and all of a sudden my IPad charger isn't working and so I bought a new one its not an actual Apple Charger it's a Duracell charger that works for Ipad and such but it doesn't work, is the problem the charger or the Ipad,
PS: my ipad charger that wasn't working is bent on the edge so it's kind of broken but I used to be able to charge my ipad on it…

If i buy an ipad mini with 4g+wifi, will it work without getting the 4g activated?

I am looking for an iPad mini to buy.i don't want to buy one for full price.so i saw one online for the price i want, but it isn't one that is only wifi.it also has 4g.i want to know, if i buy this ipad and not activate the 4g, will the ipad still work like a normal ipad that has only wifi capability?

It came from China, and seems to work perfectly.My friend however is telling me that accessories from China can be dangerous, as my iPad could blow up.Is this true?

If I delete a picture from my camera roll, will it disappear from my photo stream too?

So I'm always finding myself manually managing my photos. I'm always in my photo stream and my camera roll deleting stuff. But I just wanted to know, if I delete a picture from my camera roll, will it be deleted from my photo stream too? I don't want to turn off photo stream because I had a cell phone accident, and all my pictures were gone.So I keep it on my iPad just in case.

(My photo stream is between my iPhone 4s and my iPad 2)
