How to restore/reset an iPad?

Is it possible to restore/reset it without an apple ID? My mom can't remember her Apple ID and the security question of her birthday isn't working in order to reset her password.
It's the worst situation because I don't think she remembers the email she used.

I was charging my iPad and it fell of if the table it was sitting on landing on the end with the charge port now none of my chargers work on it ( hey all charge my iPhone) so I'm worried that the port is damaged and if there's anything I can do to fix it?

How to make a sim cry on cue in Freeplay?

I have the Sim freeplay on my IPad and I have been tasked (the movie task) with making my sim cry on cue. I have tried running all the bars down and my sim cries but I guess this isn't on cue so it didn't work. I've tried making sims rude to one another. I've tried planting onions. Nothing works… It's driving me mad! LOL. Any ideas? Thanks

How do you record something for over an hour on an android phone or iPad?

I want to record my speedrun for Splatoon on the Wii U for proof so I can submit it on the leaderboards. Is there way to record a video for over an hour because my phone and iPad stop recording before they even reach 15 minutes. I would prefer not to spend money if possible.

'Shimeji'/Desktop Buddy for Ipad?

A Shimegi is a 'desktop buddy' that walks around your screen, duplicates, climbs on your windows, and does pretty much nothing. But they're cute and you can throw them around your screen and watch them desperately cling to windows as you try to shut them. But, anyway, I'm trying to find a way to get some, or something similar, onto an Ipad. I've found supposed ways to get them on macs, but I don't know if Ipads are even close to that.So, does anyone know of any desktop buddies for Ipads?

Where s the email a webpage button on my iPad. It disappeared!

I have always been able choose send email and forward a webpage on my iPad Pro. Now when I go to that box w/an arrow, I see: message, Facebook, print, more, copy, etc., but no send email. What gives?

Is there any good iPad apps that let you download YouTube videos for offline viewing?

I looked all over the place for this kind of app and when I turn off the wifi, it won't let me play the video! I want to listen to the rare songs I like that aren't on iTunes while on road trips. Any suggestions?
