My mac detects my wifi, but gives me a pop-up screen saying I have no DSL connectivity with Bell (but I'm a Videotron consumer)?

Since yesterday morning, my mac (and my iPhone and iPad) detects the wifi (full strength) and lets me connect to it, but send me to a pop-up screen that says "We have detected that you do not have DSL connectivity to your Home Networking Modem". If it close the pop-up screen on my phone it just disconnects me from wifi, and if i close it on my computer, the same message appears if I try to use safari.
It is a message from Bell Canada. I'm not a Bell client, the whole wifi is connected with Vidéotron.
I have fully wiped and ressetted my computer and phone.
We have contacted Vidéotron and resetted and unplugged and replugged everything (they say everything is working on there end and won't help me anymore). Bell won't help me because while its their message, I'm not a client.
What's more, my landlord (the internet is entirely in his name) had just briefly the same message yesterday on his devices, but after the whole reset with Vidéotron it went away (and now he is reluctant to help me because he doesn't seem to understand that I don't have a virus because how could a virus affect three devices at once, nor does he grans that if it were a virus his computer had it yesterday and would still not be working…)
Everyone in the building (everyone is on the same modem/network/password) has working internet except for me, the only difference between me and them is that I'm the only one with apple devices (they all had pc s)

Why can't I play video games on my iPad?

I've downloaded the same video games onto iPhone and it seems okay, but can't seem to get the same results with iPad.

Would it help to delete some of the apps on iPad to take up less storage?

How do I fix the screen on my iPad?

My iPad mini 1 is cracked. I wanted to fix it to watch Netflix and basic stuff like that. It's cracked on the inside, you can't even feel it from the outside but the touchscreen is effected by it. Would I need to get a screen replacement or is it something else inside the iPad that s broken?

Did you get a new laptop for college?

I'm an upcoming senior in hs and I already know what colleges I'm applying to. But my family already wants to me to come up with a list of things I'll need for college, and I don't know if I'll need a new laptop. By the time I start college my hp touchscreen laptop will be almost 3 years old. It's huge and I feel like it is slow. I don't know if I should ask for a new laptop or keep my laptop and get an iPad to use also. My intended major is genetics. But I just don't know if I should probably get a new laptop. And if I should what are good laptops to get? Thanks!

I'm gonna start freshman year and my school uses ipads for work but some teachers might choose not to so i don't know what supplies to buy?

since i also don't know any of the teachers and which use paper or ipad. Also there's so many teachers per subject so i can't even ask any older kids because i might get a different teacher. Also there are no supply lists either

Did I make an error in judgment?

I'm taking summer classes to graduate early and my folks extended my dorm lease into summer. There's another boy living in the dorm suite diagonal from mine, as he interns locally. His girlfriend came over, and the couple baked Green Tea Scones using a special green tea mix she bought for him. The couple stepped out of his suite to get money from the ATM in an adjacent building. They left his door propped open despite her warnings. After the couple were gone and turned the corner, I passed into his suite to taste a green tea scone out of curiosity. His girlfriend returned first, and she saw me exit with green crumbs around my face. She then yelled "OH NO! {his name}, GET OVER HERE!" He then caught up, also saw my green face from the green tea scone, and punched me twice as I escaped to my own dorm suite. My eye is swollen, but the (female) dorm manager sided with them after they explained I snuck a green tea scone. I explained I don't know how to use an oven or my dorm suite's kitchens, so I couldn't have oven-baked my own treats. She (dorm manager) still made me reimburse them for new green tea mix or she'd report me to a higher level just for BEING in a suite that's not my own.
Thing is, he was lucky I only cared about the green tea scone, as others may care about his wallet, iPad, even his keys were there. Even if I touched NOTHING but ONLY… Sat on his couch, my PRESENCE alone is what the couple and dorm manager fussed over.
