On an iPad I'm not logged into the app store. If I create a new apple I d will I be logged out of the apps I already have on the iPad? I don't want to get logged out of my email app I downloaded

Is there a way to report an 11 year old girl for cyberbullying?

The child's parents are not willing to put a stop to her behavior and discipline her. She has a personal laptop and iPad where she is tormenting someone from a virtual kids' game. The girl is posting nasty, sexual, and threatening messages to that specific player. I'm worried that she may have gone too far because she already has, judging by what she wrote. We live in Canada with cyberbullying laws and I told her about them. I feel that she thinks she's "invincible" because nobody at school knows and she doesn't know that person in real life. Her account got banned before, but she keeps on making more accounts. Meanwhile, her parents only speak their native language and they can't fully understand what I tell them - but they don't think it's a deal what their daughter is doing. They don't even bother to see what the child is doing online, and think that taxes, buying property, paying for tutoring, and "adult stuff" are more important. I agree that adults do have responsibilities that the government requires, but it's ALSO a responsibility to teach your kids properly and make sure they don't get charged for bullying someone.
Added (1). I doubt her school can do anything! This is more of a parenting or behavioral issue… And nobody from her school is involved in this. She is bullying a complete stranger.
Added (2). Her behaviors in real life are fine for a preteen. I'm guessing that she acts good in real life, but is behaving badly online.

My old school was so strict?

last year i went to a school for kids with disabilitys, and they were SO strict and i didn't even have a disability, most of the time the kids were out of their minds and always screaming and fighting, the one teacher there was very strict about apps on are ipads and yelled at me for making a musical.ly there and putting up a Youtube video and recording, they too away my ipad for the rest of the year and another girls

What are some devices-so to speak- that you can download on a computer to monitor what other people are doing?

Okay, you might be thinking I'm a hacker or something, but of course it's gotta be more complicated. My Tech Theatre teacher is using something to monitor what the entire class is doing on their iPads and/or other technologies. I personally don't like being monitored for more than an hour. And if I could find a way to block this, that would help (in fact I'd consider it the real question. Sorry that it's so complicated.)

IPad Air or iPad Air 2?

I accidentally order an iPad Air instead of an iPad Air 2. I'm thinking about keeping the iPad Air instead. People say there's no difference in both just a tiny faster speeds on the iPad Air 2, but when I watch YouTube reviews some say the iPad Air 2 is a lot better.

Which one do you think is better? Are they really comparable?

Someone broke into my house and stole a lot of my items. Particularly, a iPad which he/she has been using my YouTube account. I didn't download find my iPad on it. I was wondering is there a way to find his location.
