Is there no other choice?

I have a iPod touch 5th generation that I'm planning on backing up to a Hootoo iphone backup usb. The usb is compatible with my device despite the package stating for iPhones and iPads. My iPod has battery issues, meaning when it's not charging the battery will last about a few minutes with the wifi on. Is there some kind of splitter or wireless charging port I can use? Or do I need a new battery?

New headphones too loud or no sound fix?

I recently got a replacement on my broken Cowin E7 headphones, they arrived, turned them on, paired them to my iPad, and on the second lowest setting it's much too loud, but when I turn it down to the lowest setting, they just beep and I can't hear anything at all, and when I plug them into my computer no sound comes through at all! Please help.
These are my third pair (I got new ones after I accidentally broke the first pair, and these are replacements from when the second ones broke) and I haven't had this issue with them before.
Added (1). When I say when the second pair broke, I mean it randomly broke, I didn't break it and that's why they gave me a replacement pair. :)

WHY CAN't I UPDATE MY IPAD TO IOS 11?

for the last few months, my ipad won't let me update. Everytime it said "unable to install" i'm honestly sick of it. IOS 11 came out today and i can't get it. It will only download. It won't install. I looked up what i could do. I tried using itunes on my comp to install it. Nope an error. Error 9006. Whatever that means. Don't understand. Before it updated just fine, ever since a few months ago. It just stopped working., i have enough storage. I have 1.72gb and i already have it downloaded. Just won't install for god knows why. I tried a bunch of stuff but resetting it cuz thats the totally last resort… I don't wanna reset everything… Like no i can't do that. Anything i can do to make this update install?

How to fix my ipad charger cord?

I notice last night that my ipad was not charging. Then i thought "well, the charger is probably not in all of the way!" So i pushed it in and played with it and i charged. Then i looked back at it and i wasnt charging off and on and then it was. So finally i notice that the actual cord to the charger was ripped open a little and i could see the wires. I think my puppy could have caused it because she scratches
and chews everything. But still my one question. What do i do? I put some ductape around it and it charges but if i move it it uncharges. The rip is small and it is where the rectangle part that goes into the ipad is.
