How to I tell my boyfriend that I don't want to babysit his niece?

My boyfriend and I have been together for a very long time(8 years). We live on the downstairs floor with his mom and his brother on the upstairs floor with wife. They have a little girl a little over a year. My boyfriend absolutely adores her and so do I. I feel like I've help them out a lot with babysitting and even paid one of their bill for them that they still haven't paid me back for yet. I've been getting really annoyed lately because his brother wife for the past two night brings the baby down for an hour an a half at 10 o clockpm for us to watch her until her dad gets home around 11:30pm. I've been the one watching her because my boyfriend tells them he'll watch the baby but he's outside hanging out with his friends while I'm watching her which I didn't agree to watch anyone because I have a job that I have to wake up early for. Also I think it's very inconvenient that the brother and his wife doesn't even ask me if I can watch the baby they just drop her off. Plus the baby doesn't sleep, all she wants to do is be on the iPad and I'm also not the biggest fan of kids. I prefer to not waste my time babysit. Also I think the brother and his wife is very irresponsible. They don't even pay rent for the upstairs apartment but pregnant for their second child. If you can't afford to hire a babysitter for your kid then you don't need more kids until you get your life together and stop putting their responsibilities on other people. Should I let my boyfriend know how I feel?

IOS 11 Youtube App Buffering?

Since I updated to iOS 11, both on my iPhone and iPad the youtube app won't load videos and always buffers. I don't have a problem watching videos on the website on my laptop. I don't know if its my problem or everyone else is experiencing this.

i snapped my heaphones jack inside my ipad and now it's impossible to get sound because it thinks headphones are connected: what can i do other than fixing the ipad?

Is my mom right to do this or irrational?

Ok so basically I'm a 12 year old girl(6th grade) and my bedtime is 9:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends. My parents definitely pick their battles and they don't fight on everything but for some reason the whole bedtime rule is super important to them. Last Tuesday, I was up past 9 but it's not my fault, I had to stay up because once I got home from softball at 8, I had to all my homework and I had a lot of it. My mom found out and now I'm grounded for three weeks.
Rules of my grounding:
phone or iPad
using family computer
tv
going to friends house
room door
And I snuck on our family computer cause I'm home alone right now so that s how I'm posting this for if your wondering

Cooling down hot i pad?

So lately my ipad has been getting rlly hot am warm when I use itso I decided to put it in the freezer for two hrs to start. If anyone thinks longer would be better then please comment an let me know!
