Can I play The Sims 3 on any tablet/ipad? If so, can you recommend me any? Preferably at a reasonable price

I'm in the UK by the way. I'm not very tech savvy either. I also have a Chromebook, and not due a laptop update for a while.

Many thanks for helpful answers:)

My iPad volume keeps turning itself up

My iPad is not even a year old yet and the volume is doing this strange thing where it turns itself up to max, and then the volume box just stays on the screen blocking my view. Any ideas what to do? I have already: turned it off and back on, Hard reset it, reset all settings, and went into the onscreen volume control which also keeps going up.

Grounded my son for a year. Is this appropriate?

My 15 year old son spent $20000 on FanDuel fantasy sports gambling. He spent $10000 on my personal visa and $10000 on my wife's personal visa. He also sold my daughters 65inch 4ktv and her Nintendo Switch, he also took $1500 from here (she sells on eBay) We we're gone for the day, and my son stayed at home and when we got back her tv, Switch and money were all missing, so I checked my online visa and I saw the fanduel charged. He admitted to doing it so my wife and i decided to punish him for a year.
Here's a list of his punishments: No iPhone 7 Plus
No ordering the iPhone X(if he orders it I will use at as my phone)
No iPad Pro
No ordering anything online
No eating out
No TV
No bedroom door
No pillows
No Mac
No LEGO
No games
No Xbox one
No getting the Xbox one X - he already pre ordered it so my daughter will get it
No Christmas presents
No seeing family on holidays
Only allowed to eat meat, bread and vegetables
No pop
No candy
No cookies
Early bedtime of 8pm
He must wake up at 4am daily
No going outside
No seeing friends
No girlfriend until he moves out (he already has one so I'm
Making him break up )
Is this appropriate or am I too harsh?

Advice: is this person blackmailing my friend?

So my friend was on Plenty of Fish and he was talking to a guy who looked like he was in his 20's and his profile said he was 31. They chatted for about 12 hours and images were exchanged.

Not even 5 hours later the same number texts him saying he was the father of the original guy and that the guy was 15. My friend told him he had no idea and the guy said he already spoke to the police and a case worker.

Now this is where **** started getting suspicious.

It had only been about 4 or 5 hours since the images were exchanged. He mentioned that his son and he got into a scuffle which broke his Macbook Pro.

He told my friend that he went to the police and already spoke to the case worker.

His cell number was traced to south Carolina so he's in the same time zone as me and when my friend and this 'kid' began talking at roughly 6pm. It was about 4am when the 'father' messaged.

So he was able to call the police and talk to a case worker between 6pm and 4am. My friend tells him he will also speak to the police on his end to see about his options and the guy says "I want to settle this like men so we don't have to expose our personal lives."

So a man who said he spoke to the police didn't want my friend to do that. He instead, offered to forget the whole thing if my friend paid for the damages to his macbook pro. Which he sent a receipt that said it was 2000 dollars, **** blacked out, and then he sent a picture of a broken iPad. My friend blocked him and hasn't responded.

I need to be able to show my iPad on a Windows PC screen with the following limitations:

I can't:

- Install software on the computer.
- Use a VGA / HDMI adaptor.

I can:
- Install applications on the iPad
- Connect devices with a USB cable.
- Access wireless internet on both devices.

Thanks

Best way to become a self taught artist?

Hello everyone, lately I have been seeing a lot of lovely pieces of art on Pinterest and made me want to get into drawing! I own an iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil so I'm more into digital drawing. But when I look at art and try to draw my own it looks awful, no matter what I do it doesn't look good. I try to do sketches first, but when I look at my sketch versus someone else's it looks a million times better. Art is something I would love to learn and will work hard for it but I feel like I'm missing something, so is there like a website or something that's free and can help teach me a lot better and fast? What's the best way to keep myself motivated to improve? I've tried YouTube but most videos feel like they're teaching people that already know how to draw.

How to I tell my boyfriend that I don't want to babysit his niece?

My boyfriend and I have been together for a very long time(8 years). We live on the downstairs floor with his mom and his brother on the upstairs floor with wife. They have a little girl a little over a year. My boyfriend absolutely adores her and so do I. I feel like I've help them out a lot with babysitting and even paid one of their bill for them that they still haven't paid me back for yet. I've been getting really annoyed lately because his brother wife for the past two night brings the baby down for an hour an a half at 10 o clockpm for us to watch her until her dad gets home around 11:30pm. I've been the one watching her because my boyfriend tells them he'll watch the baby but he's outside hanging out with his friends while I'm watching her which I didn't agree to watch anyone because I have a job that I have to wake up early for. Also I think it's very inconvenient that the brother and his wife doesn't even ask me if I can watch the baby they just drop her off. Plus the baby doesn't sleep, all she wants to do is be on the iPad and I'm also not the biggest fan of kids. I prefer to not waste my time babysit. Also I think the brother and his wife is very irresponsible. They don't even pay rent for the upstairs apartment but pregnant for their second child. If you can't afford to hire a babysitter for your kid then you don't need more kids until you get your life together and stop putting their responsibilities on other people. Should I let my boyfriend know how I feel?
