Any Tips for a beginner trying to pursue animation?

I'm interested in drawing a movie short. I expect to do it the old Disney way of drawing the picture frame by frame by frame. I'm very new to this so I appreciate any tips or advice you can give on doing animation of that sort. Best ways to do it, how to complete it faster possibly? Also I would be interested if there are any great iPad apps for this and tips on using that as well? I really want to learn so I can put my ideas where I can see them play out. Thanks!

Okay, so my name is Luna. I'm fifteen years old, and don't know what I want for Christmas lmao. I don't believe in Santa and I'm not into toys anymore. No, I'm not trying to act grown up. I have an iphone five c I got two years ago for Christmas actually, then a VERY nice ipad I got last year for Christmas. I wear makeup and stuff like that and I'm very girly ( not like a rude diva though. ) I feel guilty receiving presents though from my family because we spend so much on my pets we don't really have that much money right now. So, what do you think I should ask for?
Ps. I want the Sims four and also like Five Nights At Freddy's already. Should I ask for something else, or is that to much?! Tank chu <33

Can my internet provider see what stuff I transfer to someone using the internet?

I want to share a file using a WiFi transfer app on my iPad to my friends iPhone. Will my at&t internet provider at home be able to see what is inside the file I will be transferring.

I have a problem with my ipad, it does not want to connect to the internet. Every other device in the house connects perfectly fine

the internet doesn't pop up not even my neighbors. I tried resetting the network settings, the ipad and completely turning off the ipad. Its from the usa and we're now in a different country, my brothers ipad was also from the usa but by changing the region it quickly fixed itself, my ipad won't work when i do that. Can somebody help me please

Ios 8 jailbroken device cydia crashing and can't update ios!

So I have an iPad mini 2 cellular, that was jailbroken on ios 8, cydia has crashed weeks ago and never could make it work again, however the tweaks were working fine. I tried downloading ios 9 and ios 10 on the ipad through alt+update, itunes says that "it can't authorize this image on this device for this user."
Now how should I deal with this, should I unjailbreak first? If so, how( any other way than restore because it will update to ios 11.1.1 which I don't want )
