My iPad mini turns off by itself all the time. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
Added (1). My iPad mini shuts off by itself all the time no matter what the battery level is at. I force close all the apps too. You can just unlock it and it will shut itself off. If you walk with it, shuts off. Move it, shuts off. Sometimes you can just be watching a movie and it shuts off. Why is this happening and how can I stop it from doing so?

I just bought a new ipad. It says i'm due for a software update but it won't let me update. It says you can install this update when your ipad is finished restoring from the iCloud backup. What does that mean and how can I get it to finish?

Birthday present ideas?

I'm a 15 year old girl and I will be 16 very soon and I have no idea what I want for my birthday my mum knows what she wants to get me because it's what she got both my sisters before me. She usually gets us jewellery from Tiffany which I would be very grateful for but I don't really like jewellery so I wouldn't want to get it for no reason.
