Almost none of my apps work. What do I do?

So this has been going on for a while but almost none of my apps work. I ultimately had to delete every app I downloaded to see if the remaining apps could open. The ones that didn't work before still don't work. In other words, most of the apps will open and then close out or will open and then immediately crash.

Of all the apps that the iPad comes with, the only ones that work are FaceTime (which I never use), Calendar (though it believes it's New Years Eve of 1969), Contacts (again, never use), Clock, Maps (which opens but won't load the actual map itself), Videos (almost never use), Notes (never use), Reminders, Game Center (which won't log me in), Newsstand (which I never use), iBooks, Podcasts (though it won't work because it thinks I'm offline), Tips, Messages (which won't work), and Mail (which won't work).

You may have noticed I didn't mention the Settings nor App Store apps. Yes, even these two apps won't load, so if your solution is to "go to the App Store" or "go to the settings", I literally can't. What do I do?

I signed a contract (unknowingly) for someone else. Is that contract null and void, because the other party wasn t aware of the agreement?

I was asked to be home while some home security service were being installed for my girlfriend. Now she wants to cancel and they say she signed a contract. Well the contract was me scribbling on an ipad because I just thought it was acknowledgement that he showed up and did his job. Turns out that was a contract. I did not have her permission, she was not aware. Niether was I quite frankly. But the company knew I wasn t the person on the account during signing. And I have no ties or affiliation to the account. Is this contract still valid?

Why won't my Hangouts work?

This is the second time I've asked this because no one gave me an awnser the first time. Hangouts just flat out won't work. It says I need to update it, half of my iPad believes it's installed half 9f my iPad believes it's uninstalled, so trying to do anything does not work! I've tried everything! I really need Hangouts to work someone Please help!

Yellow tape under broken IPad screen?

My IPad Mini, 1st gen, has served my pretty well for the past few years, although it is admittedly slow. A few months ago, it fell under my couch and cracked badly, and has since gotten way worse. Today, parts of the glass has fallen from the bottom left and right corners, revealing a strange golden tape-esque part, that smells quite odd. Is it harmful, and time for me to retire my IPad, or can I still use it until I can get it fixed?

Facebook Temporarily locked my account!

So I just got home from work and I try to open facebook on the iPad and it tells me that Facebook temporarily locked my account. "We've locked your account because someone recently tried to log in from an unfamiliar location. Please help us confirm that it was you who tried to log in." Then it has a button that says continue but the screen just keeps reloading. This happens on the iPad, the computer and my phone. It's not even allowing me to go to the next step and I can't contact facebook support because I need to be connected to facebook to do so and I'm locked out. Has anyone had this problem? How long will it be locked?
