Good App for Keeping Track of Names Temporarily?

I work for a school, we have parents come drive up and then we take their children out to them. We usually use paper to write down the kids names and run it back and forth from outside to inside. This takes a while and a lot of energy, so we re looking for a good App to use where we can type the kids names into the iPad, and send it to another iPad that is inside. Any suggestions?

Does Apple still support iPods?

My sister has an iPod Touch the last few days the App Store hasn't been connecting if it does it downloads slow. She's heard that Apple has discontinued iPods because kids are more using iPhones and iPads. She's defiantly not getting an iPhone. She has an iPad but she doesn't like it. She thinks she's the only kid who still uses iPods. She needs a new iPod her home button is loose and it's cracked a little on the side. But for some reason they haven't been on sale this year if they are the prices are too high. Is Apple still supporting iPods? Is the 7th generation coming out soon?

Electronic sketchpad for ipad?

I have been looking for an electronic sketchpad that will connect to my iPad to draw but can't find anything. All sketchpads say they connect to mac or Windows. Or can just the iPad be used as a sketchpad with the right program?

Electric shock from ipad?

This has happened multiple times and I don't know what's going on, my friend was showing me something on her iPad so she walked over and when I touched it gave me a electric shock, and three times it happened and only once it was charging so it wasn't the charger. And I don't know if it's because my hearts faster then most people? But I doubt it, should I take it to get checked? And one more thing is I keep shocking everyone I touch even my dog, so I don't know… Help?
Added (1). Electric shock from iPad, headache after.
Added (2). forgot to mention when I just touched the charger I got shocked.
