Help translating a strange voicemail?

I received a strange voicemail from a now disconnected number that is about 14 seconds long that I think may be in Vietnamese, is there any way to translate this
- I've tried to screen record it but the closest I've gotten to this is video recording the voicemail on my iPad then voice memoing that to my phone
- I'm not even sure that it is Vietnamese
I just am curious to see what the voicemail translates to are there any ways? Thanks

How to completely wipe and reset disabled iPad mini 4?

I have tried connecting it to iTunes. ITunes complains about it not being unlocked and not having an updated iOS (because it's been locked for so long). I tried iMyfone Umate Pro and it requires me to unlock the iPad (which I can't, because it is disabled). I tried shutting it down and pressing the home button as I plug it in. I have tried everything. Is there some life hack I haven't heard of to wipe it? I don't even care about the data anymore. I have an entire expensive iPad I can't even use because the kids tried too many incorrect passwords!

How can me and my parents relate to each other?

So my parents are fairly young (30ish) however in the time they've been in school it's completely changed as I'm the first generation to be almost completely on iPads. This is coupled with the fact that I'm already 6' at 14 and my dad barely hits 5'8. I just find it incredibly difficult to relate anything as they were both non-athletic and I want to be part of numerous sports. Anyways if anyone has any tips or ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

Is it safe to leave valuables alone in a hospital room?

I'm here alone in a hospital room, and I'll need to leave my things here for a few minutes. So I'm going to have to leave my MacBook and iPad Pro in the room unattended. Is this safe? Can I just leave them in the little closet provided? There isn't a lock on the room or closet door, so I'm not sure what to do. Is it safe to leave valuables in a hospital room?
Added (1). ETA: I'll have to wait a couple of hours for my mom to show up to watch them for me, so I can get her to come. I was just hoping I wouldn't have to wait. But I'd rather not have my stuff broken/stolen, haha.

IPad won't keep charging?

My iPad Pro won't continuously charge when I plug it in. It will charge for a few minutes to about an hour, but then it will stop. It's not the cord, which I know because it's not broken and is working for my iPhone. The same goes for the outlet. It also doesn't hold a charge for very long.

I think it might be because I'm using the charging cable for an iPhone. I know this is why it charges slower, but I don't know if the size of the cable is supposed to impact whether or not it can support charging an iPad.

My school doesn't allow cellphones what should I do?

I'm a freshman in high school, soon to be a sophomore and I have been going to this school for like 4 months because we moved and I hate this school, they don't allow cellphones. This school reminds me like the freaking 70s or something, if they catch us with a cellphone they will confiscate It so I have to leave it at home everyday, the school doesn't even have any computers in the library, only books. Is this legal for them to do this? We don't get to use technology, we just use books, and notebooks and stuff. At my old school we did all of our work on the computer and iPads.

Is it embarrassing for a 25 year old to co sleep with mom and dad?

When mom and dad don't have to get up early for work in the weekend or holiday. So you go and snuggle with them. And they are too lazy to get up and they talk to each other while you bug them a little. The AC is on so its nice and cool and a little cold so you snuggle in between them in their blanket. And they still act like they are a young couple in their mid or late 20s with you, their toddler instead of couple in their late 40s with their 25 year old grown daughter.

And they nag you for bringing food on their bed when you opening a bag of chocolate and yogurt covered pretzels. Baby can't eat on the bed, baby can't do that, baby… Stop… And eventually they give in and starts eating too. Then they turn on the news and your dad watch cnn at this hour kate bolduan and your mom watch the marvelous mrs maisel on amazon prime on her ipad while you continue to bug them. Like press your face into their belly or poke your nose and lips to the side of their body or arm or bite their clothe and knead on them like a cat or kitten milking the mom cat, but with pretzel chocolate in your mouth. Then snuggle with them while you text a 16 year old from grandview heights that you been seeing who thinks you are this cool mysterious girl who's a year older than him and drives a car and sometimes come hangout with him in the afternoon. Not knowing you are a 25 year old woman with who still live with her mom and dad in upper arlington and drive their cars. Is it pathetic to be like that?
