PayPal keeps limiting my account due to a negative balance 6 years ago where i got scammed. Original Acc is not even accessible

My very first paypal account was made back in 2004 i think and it had very good standing. I was also fully verified and had no restrictions.

I made this one silly mistake 6 years ago where i sold an ipad and delivered to the guy when he paid using paypal. ~I did get a receipt etc which did cra* all.

Since i was able to withdraw the funds immediately, few days later there was a chargeback made and i was negative £550. I refused to pay that and after a while just ignored it.

I could never sell on ebay but recently, i made a PP account that lasted 2 month until they linked it to the old acc with the debt.

They want me to pay it, even though that account is closed/not accessible. The person that chargebacked was banned from eBay but did not help my cause.

How can i fight this old debt? Or how can i make a PP account without it getting linked. Is there any good talking points i can speak to them stating the debt is over 7 years ago and there was clear evidence the guy who chargebacked was fraudulent.

I need help guys. What can i do?

How do I get the Apple Mail app to tell me I have more than 150 emails?

It says I have 150 emails. I'm using an iPad 4 that runs on iOS 10.3.3
I have 4 million emails. My new iPhone displays the total email count perfectly.
My iPad used to tell me the number, but atter the email count mixup a year or two ago (with the introduction of iOS 10), it messed up my email count.
What are some things I can do? I've Googled and looked for YouTube tutorials, and nothing seems to work.

Boyfriend has the chance to get a job that travels, but he doesn't want to take it because he thinks I won't go. Should I travel with him?

Okay, so, me and my boyfriend have been living together for 6 months, and he s an electrician. He has a job opportunity with another company making 25+ an hour, plus travel pay, that would take him to places like Tennessee, Arizona, and North Carolina so far (those are some of the locations if the job sites).

I have a gypsy soul. I've always wanted to travel the world, meet new people, and learn new things. The only thing that concerns me is I have a 4 year old brother that I don't want to miss growing up. My other brother (19) moved to Texas and doesn't communicate with the family at all anymore (except me every other week).
Family means a lot to me. I don't want to let them down or miss out on being with them.

So should I go travel with my boyfriend and buy an iPad to FaceTime them everyday, and visit every 6 months, or should I stay here and let him take a job that will offer him so much less than he deserves, while also not letting jyself get the experiences I want?

How do I get files off of my iPad?

I have a supervised iPad from my school. I need to try and get some save files from Fallout Shelter off of it and onto my Windows 10 laptop. I have tried using iTunes, but that doesn't work. I tried iCopyBot, but that didn't work either. I used iCloud but that doesn't work. In iCloud, even though the files are set to back up to iCloud, they say they are backed up, but say they aren't backed up and refuse to let me back up. I looked in iCloud drive, which is activated on my iPad, but it shows up completely empty. Does anyone have any help?
