Should I let my 12 year old daughter have Instagram on our shared iPad?

My daughter is very honest and agreed to let me closely monitor it. I'm just too surprised she asked because my daughter isn't social. She's the academic, introverted and gifted type. We have open communication at all times. The reason why she wants an account is to follow slime/meme pages, see aesthetic photos and keep in touch with a few kids (especially those from summer school, camp and vacation). She does not own a phone at all so that wouldn't be a problem. We share this iPad together so that means that it's almost impossible for me not to know (as she almost never goes to friend's houses or libraries alone, and her school blocks social media).

Are there any tablets/Chromebooks that will allow you to install microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc)?

Fall semester is coming up. My laptop is broken, but I don't necessarily need to buy a new one since I have a perfectly brand new desktop. I'm looking for something that I can carry with me to class.

I have an ipad mini but the screen is somewhat small, so I usually just use that for games, internet browsing, or basically recreational purposes.

Netflix works on ipad but not on my computer? How can i fix this?

i can watch netflix on my ipad but when i want to watch it on my computer, all i see is the loading circle but it won't load. I use chrome but also tried it on firefox and safari but that doesn't work either.

What app can write and edit documents but also lets you draw on the document at the same time?

I will be starting university soon, and i know that my note taking will not be able to keep up with the lectures, so i plan on typing most of the stuff. However i'm a visual learner, and i need to draw pictures, arrows, and diagrams on top of my notes in order to fully understand the topic.

If there's an app like that, please let me know what device it pairs up best with. I still haven't bought a laptop for univeristy because i'm also considering of just getting an ipad or a touchscreen laptop.

I have tried using the "notes" app on apple, but it does not let me draw on top of the words, and takes up a huge space.

Should I consider the dangers of exploitation and online predators before giving a sponsored child an iPad?

I'm part of a charity event that helps needy, low income families. Lots of sponsors gave these kids technology as a Christmas present or something. I was going to do the same for the child's birthday before my friend mentioned that these are vulnerable at-risk kids. Now that I think about it, the dangers are possible and the little girl in sponsoring is very curious, very open to chat with anyone. Most of these families are less educated.

Strange iPad screen glitch?

So my iPad is fine but they're is another lighter iPads screen behind the original? Like when it's on a black/ not white screen you can see the lighter screen. Can I fix this without taking it to a repair store?

Why are photos going missing from my iPad?

I'm not deleting them, they aren't in my recently deleted folder. I don't use iCloud so they are not in there. It onLy a few photos a day that go missing but 2-3 photos do seem to go missing each day. Any sugggestions?
