Caught my young son stealing. How do I handle it?

I have a 9.5 year old boy who is in year 4. He is a bit of a cheeky boy who likes to be the class clown which usually gets him into trouble but today I found out he stole a Ooshie from another student, wrapped it up and gave it to his best friend as a gift. The mother of the his friend will be returning it to us so my son can take it back to class and give it to the student who owns it (BTW is very upset it was taken) but I want to know how to handle this and ensure it doesn't happen again. I don't just want to do the usual way and take his IPad away, I want him to face the student and apologise, maybe even the whole class room. I just want him to feel embarrassed and let him know that everyone knows he stole the Ooshie after everyone in class was looking for it. What should I do?

I need help, I accidently hit my ipod, its still "working inside" I still receive notifications but the screen is constantly black, and won't activate when I press the wake button, what is the problem, is it expensive and what is broken inside?

Do I have to buy microsoft word for new computer?

Already have word on my ipad and just got my first computer. I do not want office, just word. I want the app on my computer and it has option to buy but do I buy the app if I'm already paying monthly on my ipad? I don't know if this is a one time purchase or not either, it doesn't give a lot of details.
I tried signing in but I dunno how to download the app on the computer without paying, if I even can. Please help?

Bluetooth scanner makes Ipad keyboard stop working?

I bought a bluetooth barcode scanner for my Ipad. However, whenever the scanner is connected the touchscreen keyboard won't work. I need to get both working at the same time. Can anyone help please?
