Where can I watch The Walking Dead premiere?

I have basic Time Warner Cable in Dallas. With Channel 69 as MTV and 3 as Discovery Channel. Also I don't have a working computer. I do have an iPad just saying. I really don't want to miss the premiere. I tried doing the watch online thing but the page won't load. Please help me.

Why should I keep my new iPad?

Everything it does is much easier to do on my hp notebook.
Added (1). Just now I reset it all back to day one. I'll sell it on ebay, its in mint condition and has 32gb, 3rd generation, and Verizon. After 5 call transfers, Apple gave me the runaround when I asked them how much they'll refund me.
Added (2). I've used and supported pc/macs for over 30 years. This iPad is way too MACy for me to appreciate its methods. Most all of its programs are more cumbersome than anything on a pc.

IPAD. what is its point.?

I basically want to replace my desktop computer that I use for online classes, microsoft word, emails, websurfing (stuff like this), facebook etc.Is an IPAD a good choice for this? I basically want something more portable. Laptops are a bit big for my choice, but is that the way I have to go. Or will the IPAD fit my needs?

Is there an app on the ipad or on the pc i can use that is free? i use FL studios right now but it takes way to long.

or is there somewhere i can download already made beats that no one wants anymore free? lol probably not but still

Netflix error message?

I keep getting a error message on netflix.It on my Netflix ready magnavox blue ray player but works fine on my iPad and computer. The error message pops up after opening netflix and trying to load it says unable to connect to Netflix. Ive called Netflix support and they don't know what's wrong.
Added (1). The Netflix has worked before just recently it stopped working

IPad (new) - how do you transfer videos to computer?

How do you transfer video and pics to your computer using your charger? Also Do all apps need to be backed up by iCloud (such as angry birds, misc?) I am trying to free space in iCloud and I don't know what is necessary to keep stored.
