How to keep what I do on school administered iPads private?

My school is administrating take home iPads and I want to know how to make my stuff private.So can I get photo locking apps for free and are there any proxy apps that can make all my browsing anonymous? Any privatizing apps or tips are welcome.
Money is no object, I can get paid apps.

I want something cool for christmas such as a watch phone or an ipad mini or something. What other cool things can u think of that i could ask for. (im 14 and a boy and i dont want a camera or anything) My parents wont let me get a new computer either.

Whats good about the new iPad mini?

My dad got me an iPad mini for Christmas and shipped it to me. The thing is he already got me an iPad which I'm fine with, and am not excited of taking care of two iPods now. All they did was just make it smaller and add a camera. Can you tell me the good things about it so I can be more excited and thankful? :-)

Is iPad the only option for a tablet with 3G or 4G?

I was thinking of replacing my iPad, and would prefer a non-Apple product. But the other tablets I've looked at only have wifi. Are there any besides iPad that have 3G/4G?

If I delete emails from my browser on my computer, does it delete them on my ipad too?

I got my ipad taken up and I sent an email to my friend saying a bunch of crap about my mother (who took it up) will i be able to delete this on my computer, and have it gone off my ipad?

Like an iPad mini but not an iPad or apple product at all it must -
- play music
- play movies
- have a 1080p camera
- have free Internet
- have an app shop
- play games
- have a word processor or app for it
- have a music shop
- have 1080p resolution
- be well-known
- Long battery life
- be around the same size as a kindle
very specific I know but please try and find something
Does not have to have all those things but the ones it does not have tell me

I am fed up of my things being outdated if not could anyone sujest a similar tablet that - you can watch movies on

- under 350 pounds
- won't be outdated anytime soon
- is bigger than an iPhone but smaller than an iPad
- has YouTube, netflix, apps, music store
- lastly it must have a word processor or an app for it
