IPad 2 vs iPad 4, which one should I get? - 2

There's no doubt the iPad 4 (iPad with Retina Display) is better, but it also costs $100 more.My question is, is it really worth the extra $100?

Here are its benefits over iPad2:

A much more powerful processor - A6X, which is advertised and proven as twice as powerful
A higher resolution - 2048x1536 (iPad 4) vs 1024x768 (iPad 2)
Better cameras
1080p video recording (iPad 2 only has 720p) and more video features
Bluetooth 4.0 (iPad 2 only has Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR)
New Lightening Connector
Siri Intelligent Assistant
Double the ram I believe? (1gb vs 512mb)

So are those worth the extra $100? If I go for the iPad 4, can I buy a wireless mouse and use it as a laptop? Does it have enough processing power and ram for that?

Should I get an iPad or a Kindle?

I would probably get the iPad mini or the Kindle Fire HD 4G. Those are the 2 newest. I have an iPhone that's why I was thinking about getting a Kindle, and I have a Amazon account, so neither of those are a problem. I am also not worried about cost, I just want the best tablet. I have an iPad and its time to get a new one but I don't know if should just keeping with apple or go with Kindle. A friend let me borrow their original Kindle and I liked it, nut it couldn't get apps or anything but books, so I can't really compare the two. If you have one or both please help!

I want a new keyboard?

I am wondering if I should get a expensive keyboard but I want to not spend a lot, but I don't want a cheap keyboard that will break.

Can I find a iPad stylus that works like a pen?

I DONT mean a stylus that is a stylus, then can be flipped around to write on paper as a pen.

I mean a stylus that looks like a pen, and writes like one on an iPad.No chunky eraser point stylus.It's using a pen but it writes on an ipad.

What Should I get for Christmas? 13 Years Old?

I'm going to try and not make this too long, but… (the key word is "try")

I'm not into any of that "girly" stuff.
Ex: nails, makeup, hair stuff (although some things are decent)

I've been thinking about getting an iTunes gift card for iMovie, garage band, but not games

I got a new bed set, sheets and the whole deal

SICK of clothes

I really like photography, but already got this Nikon coolpix s570, L12 and those big ones where you have to turn the lense to zoom in. (Technically, that's my dad's but family is family)… funny story actually, I lost the charger to the s570 ten days ago

I play the piano, and have a yamaha portable grand ypg-635. Not to brag, but I wouldn't trade it for ten of them

Speaking of the piano, I want to get garage band for my iPad and then buy the camera connection kit (to use for my camera too, if I could find the charger) but I need to know if garage band is good enough

I've considered of getting nothing and just sucking it up, but if I do that then my parents would force me and get me a random, expensive present that I wouldn't like… shudders… And they would say that it's from "Santa" I was 12…

That's a lot to type, you know. But my mom won't let me get one!!! (Any dog is fine) mom is not a big fan of fur shedders)

Should I get an Ipad or Windows Surface? Whats better for a college student?

So I read up on it and apparently the Windows Surface has some problems with apps and is a little slower when opening the apps but as I am getting a new iPhone for Christmas I have that to play games on, listen to music on. Ya know? I like that the Windows Surface comes with Microsoft office and has the USB and the card slot. I feel like that would be better for me for college but I was wondering what your thoughts were.
Added (1). Also, won't there be updates for the Windows Surface that will help its problems apps in the future?

IPad wont stop sending emails?

The other day (5 days ago) I took a photo on my iPad. I then sent that photo to my friends email. She received the email, and the photo… But the next day my friend told me that the same email I sent to her was in her inbox 45 times… the email kept sending! and now i don't know how to stop it! because its not in the 'sent' folder in the emails… help!!!
